Work on the publication or campaign has started;<br\/>b. A listing, advertisement, or article has been published;<br\/>c. Advertising space has been reserved;<br\/>d. Writing, editing, translation, design, or technical work has been completed; or<br\/>e. The customer has failed to provide the information or materials needed to complete the service.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Editorial Approval<\/strong><br\/>2.1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All listings, advertisements, articles, images, links, and promotional materials are subject to editorial review.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing a service does not guarantee publication.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Editorial Director may approve, reject, modify, postpone, limit, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the quality, goals, reputation, users, or legal standing of salentoABC.it.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Final decisions regarding publication are made at the reasonable discretion of the Editorial Director.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Discretionary Refunds for Unsuitable Content<\/strong><br\/>3.1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the submitted content does not comply with the general Listing and Publication Guidelines, but is not illegal, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited under Section 4, the Editorial Director may decide to cancel the publication and grant a full or partial refund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any refund provided under this section is discretionary and will take into account:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Whether work has already started;<br\/>b. The amount of editorial, technical, or administrative work already completed;<br\/>c. Whether advertising space has already been reserved;<br\/>d. Whether the customer was given the opportunity to correct the content; and<br\/>e. Any payment processing fees or third-party costs already incurred.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Editorial Director may propose a correction, a replacement publication, an account credit, or the opportunity to resubmit modified content as an alternative to a monetary refund.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prohibited Content: No Refund<\/strong><br\/>4.1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refund will be granted if content is rejected, suspended, or removed because it includes, promotes, facilitates, or supports prohibited material.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prohibited materials include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Violence, threats, intimidation, or incitement to physical harm;<br\/>b. Hate speech, discrimination, or dehumanizing content targeting protected or vulnerable groups;<br\/>c. Firearms, ammunition, explosives, prohibited weapons, or instructions on how to make or obtain them;<br\/>d. Terrorism, violent extremism, or extremist propaganda;<br\/>e. Pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit services;<br\/>f. Sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors;<br\/>g. Human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation;<br\/>h. Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or illegal drug-related services;<br\/>i. Fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deliberately deceptive offers;<br\/>j. Counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained products;<br\/>k. Illegal gambling or betting services without the necessary authorizations;<br\/>l. Self-harm, incitement to suicide, or content promoting dangerous behavior;<br\/>m. Animal cruelty or illegal wildlife trade;<br\/>n. Malware, hacking, cybercrime, or unauthorized surveillance;<br\/>o. Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or publishing private personal information;<br\/>p. Defamatory, knowingly false, or malicious allegations;<br\/>q. Infringement of copyright, trademarks, image rights, or other intellectual property rights;<br\/>r. False qualifications, licenses, corporate identities, or professional statements;<br\/>s. Illegal products, services, or business activities;<br\/>t. Content intended to manipulate reviews, ratings, traffic, or platform users; and<br\/>u. Any material that violates applicable law or poses a serious risk to salentoABC.it, its users, or the public.                     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting prohibited content constitutes a serious breach of the Listing and Publication Guidelines and these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, salentoABC.it may reject or remove the content, suspend the relevant account, and withhold payment to cover editorial review, administrative activities, reserved capacity, payment costs, and risk management.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Errors and Change of Mind<\/strong><br\/>5.1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normally, no refund will be granted because:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. The customer changes their mind;<br\/>b. The customer no longer wishes to advertise;<br\/>c. The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information;<br\/>d. The customer failed to meet a submission or approval deadline;<br\/>e. The customer does not achieve the expected number of views, inquiries, bookings, or sales; or<br\/>f. Search engines or social platforms do not produce the results expected by the customer.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salentoABC.it does not guarantee a specific volume of traffic, search engine rankings, inquiries, bookings, customers, sales, or other commercial results.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Services We Cannot Provide<\/strong><br\/>6.1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If salentoABC.it accepts an order but is unable to provide the purchased service for reasons attributable to us, we may offer:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. A corrected or replacement service;<br\/>b. An alternative publication or placement;<br\/>c. An extension of the service period;<br\/>d. An account credit;<br\/>e. A partial refund; or<br\/>f.
