Our Team And Its Digital Story
The team that created salentoABC.it is part of DutchWriter Media and is made up of writers, technology enthusiasts, digital entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals.
Our digital journey began long before online shopping and digital marketing became part of everyday life. We launched our first online store in 1996, followed by a second in 1998. These early projects allowed us to gain practical experience in building websites, presenting products online, communicating with customers, and developing digital businesses during the early years of commercial internet.
In the following years, team members worked on websites, online publications, e-commerce projects, content platforms, and digital marketing campaigns for numerous industries.
The team also managed two digital marketing agencies in Asia. One of these was Touristic Development Sdn Bhd, a company specializing in supporting businesses in the tourism and hospitality sector in Southeast Asia. Through this work we helped tourism-related companies improve their online visibility, communicate more effectively with an international audience, and make the most of new opportunities offered by digital.
Our work in different countries taught us that technology alone is never enough.
